Health and Travel
Prior to travelling, consult the medical and immunization requirements of your destination country. Some countries may also require that you have adequate travel insurance. It is your responsibility to fulfil these requirements.
Your onboard comfort and safety is our first priority. As such we have compiled the following health and safety tips that will help to ensure you have a most relaxing flight:
- Due to reduced humidity levels on board, dryness or dehydration can occur. Be sure to drink lots of fluids such as water and juices, while moderating consumption of tea or coffee.
- Eat sensibly and do not overeat.
- Flying can involve lengthy periods of inactivity, so be sure to get up and exercise within the cabin.
